If you’ve viewed a Dreambrite property listed with us and wish to apply, here’s what to do:
- View the Property First
Please make sure to personally visit the property before applying. This helps you decide if it’s the right fit for you.
- Fill Out the Application Form
Use the link provided above to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI).
- We Review Your Application
Our team will carry out credit and background checks to assess your application.
- Approval and Contract
If your application is shortlisted, we’ll prepare a tenancy agreement for you. Once you’re happy with it, you’ll need to pay the bond to secure the property.
- Final Step – Move-In!
We’ll arrange an entry inspection with your portfolio manager. After that, they’ll hand over the keys on-site, and the home is yours!
